Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-oriented Controlling specialist. In this role, you will support business operations by proactively managing and monitoring business activities. You will act as a reliable Finance Business Partner, providing financial insight to guide Technogym’s strategy and enable business leaders to make the best possible decisions, both in the short and long term.

Your Impact

• Focus on value creation
• Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
• Support the creation and use of business dashboards
• Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
• Support the budgeting process
• Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
• Support management in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out and a haelthy lifestyle, analytical and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration
• 3-5 years experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
• Knowledge of analytical accounting
• Business acumen 
• Excellent Excel skills 
• Experience in auditing
• Knowledge of SAP CO-PA
• An interest for a healthy, active lifestyle

For this role, we offer a gross annual salary of between € 55,000 and € 70,000, depending on your experience, skills and education degree. On top of that, you’ll benefit from an attractive bonus scheme.
