Your Role
We are looking for a results-driven Home Business Director with an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will oversee the sales and marketing strategy for the business within multiple channels in the country.
As this role involves a high level of responsibility and self-motivation to achieve business growth, you will be involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and in building long-term consumer customer relations.
You will develop top-line sales and execute an omni-channel strategy, will leverage market potential by networking with architects and influencers, attending selected marketing events and working with retail partners.
You will cultivate brand awareness by being a Technogym Ambassador.
Your Impact
- Achieve sales targets and FCF targets (Cash In) worldwide by coordinating and supervising subsidiaries and dealers
- Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnerships and customizing packages to specific market needs
- Provide guidelines for business development and go-to-market strategies capable of leading Sales & Marketing people
- Develop profiled marketing campaigns and programs for specific customer segments to enhance customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling/up-selling strategies and tactics
- Allocate resources consistently with specific targets, processes and metrics in mind
- Lead, manage, and develop networks of influencers such as architects, designers, show-room partners, personal trainers and athletes
- Partner with Technogym HQ functions to ensure products/services are well-conceptualized, priced consistently, released on time and locally supported by commercial plans that include promotional and advertising activities
- Develop clear, insightful and thorough media-creative project briefs to guide local teams, key Technogym’s HQ functions and external agencies
- Bridge offline media and innovative, new marketing channels to create engaging consumer experiences and implement comprehensive multi-touch point initiatives
- Leverage strong financial acumen to recommend action plans
- Provide timely, reliable and structured Forecasts to the HQ Business Unit Director by coordinating local Sales & Marketing teams and their associated activities
- Help hybrid or B2B sales reps to maximize performance on B2C
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing with relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in managing direct sales and extensive sales networks
- Background in branded companies from Consumer B2C industries that target HWNI.
- Proven track record in key sales roles including business development, direct sales, influencer network, CRM execution expertise (SFDC), and go-to-market execution
- Relevant experience in a value-added premium portfolio of products and services targeted to affluent customers
- Relevant experience in managing both owned-channel/touch-points (field sales, inside sales and retail) and indirect channels (distributors or dealers)
- Relevant expertise in businesses that leverage contact centers as a sales channel
- CRM + lead management expertise: Solid CRM, Sales Funnel Management and sales force productivity experience
- Experience in multinational companies with strong corporate brand identities and matrixed organizations
- Experience with sales team management
