Your Role
If you have a solid background as an After Sales Manager and you are obsessed with ensuring care user satisfaction, this is the position for you! One of Technogym’s goals is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users." Our Services teams are always aiming to improve their service performance, to provide the best fitness experience anywhere.
We are looking for a brilliant, enthusiastic After Sales Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring high-end technical support performance.
You will head the After Sales Department by efficiently and effectively managing the team to win customer loyalty and achieve your assigned goals.
Your Impact
- Ensure the excellent performance of After Sales, consistent with our brand positioning, by correctly using end-to-end systems and processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction with quality of service
- Manage costs of the technical after sales organization, in line with assigned objectives
- Manage the performance of the workforce in the field, including external service providers
- Provide HQ with real-time feedback on product and service issues from the market
- Ensure the right staffing and skills of the Technical After Sales organization, to guarantee the expected service level to customers
- Increase organizational effectiveness, people development and engagement
- Account for spare parts availability and inventory record accuracy
- Apply the Technogym cultural model through company policies
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in this role
- After Sales business expertise
- Knowledge of electronic/mechanical engineering
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
- Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers
- Expertise in team management with a high degree of empathy
- Fluency in English
