Your Role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Technical Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for handling, coordinating, and resolving incoming customer issues, inquiries, and complaints. You will consistently aim to ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and technical expertise.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a high level of service, particularly in terms of First-Time Fix Rate and Time to Service.

Your Impact

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently via phone and email, including arranging spare parts and coordinating on-site visits with Technical Engineers
  • Take ownership of support requests and ensure the right parts are ordered through the back office
  • Deliver excellent technical support with a strong focus on quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness
  • Capture valuable product insights and feedback directly from the field
  • Use customer and product feedback to help drive continuous improvement
  • Support CATs proactively to help keep service and support costs low
  • Keep all customer cases, issues, and complaints well-documented and up to date
  • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed to meet SLA targets
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure fast and reliable issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across all systems at all times

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are customer-focused and able to adapt to different personality types.

 

What you should bring

 

  • 1-3 years experience in a call center environment or in a customer service support role
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
