Your Role
If you thrive working in the Services field and you are obsessed with ensuring care user satisfaction, this is the position for you! One of Technogym’s goals is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users". Our Services teams are always aiming to improve their service quality, to provide the best fitness experience anywhere. We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Spare Parts Specialist in Sydney, who will be responsible for maintaining the parts inventory and all pertinent records in the country. In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of spare parts, define consignment stock for Service Centers and Technicians, and keep warehouse stock aligned with the country’s needs.
Your Impact

Ensure optimal availability of spare parts both in-country (PIC - Parts in Country) and on-site (Service Kits, Service Van stock) to enhance field performance.

Manage and optimize local spare parts inventory using available tools and systems (Stock Rotation Index, Stock Value, No Moving Value, Part Return, Part Scrapping).

Act as a key user of demand planning tools for spare parts replenishment and ensure effective stock management.

Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures in parts order management to maximize efficiency.

Optimize freight and warehousing costs through strategic actions to improve efficiency.

Maintain high inventory record accuracy by overseeing periodic stock counts.

Analyze stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Manage spare parts returns to HQ in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Provide support to field engineers, the Service Desk, and the Planning department in back-office spare parts management.

Collaborate with After-Sales and Logistics teams at HQ to drive continuous supply chain improvement, promptly addressing feedback and challenges.

What you should bring:

3–5 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor's degree

Strong spare parts stock management skills

Experience in warehouse management and in/out logistics flow coordination

Knowledge of transportation fees and warehousing techniques

Familiarity with planning systems

Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax is a plus)

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and energy

Execution excellence with the ability to drive results
