Your Role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Account Manager – Service Contracts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local service contract sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through accurate contracts and proposals.
You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to upsell and renew contracts, while contributing to the development of new service offerings.
To be eligible for this role, you must have valid working rights for Australia – there is no sponsorship opportunity.
Your Impact
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve targets for service contract sales, discounts, and DSO (Cash-in) across new and renewal business
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Proactively manage service contract opportunities for equipment nearing warranty expiry or contract renewal
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Lead opportunities through every stage of the sales process, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
- Support Cash Collection: Resolve invoicing queries to facilitate prompt payment and reduce overdue accounts
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships to ensure high renewal rates and long-term customer satisfaction
- Data & Systems Oversight: Ensure accurate data entry and system updates to support reporting and forecasting
- Field Sales Collaboration: Provide proactive support to the Field Sales team, enabling seamless service contract integration into broader sales efforts
About You
You’re someone who brings energy, integrity and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. Ideally, you're passionate about healthness, proactive in your approach and committed to delivering exceptional service.
What you should bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales, account management, or service contracts role
- Experience working within multinational companies and matrix-style organizations
- Strong ability to manage client requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases; experience with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceMax is a plus
- Proven experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
- Solid understanding of after sales processes, including warranty cost management
- Skilled in handling client complaints and turning challenges into opportunities
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques to drive results and build lasting relationships
