Your Role

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from quote confirmation to billing. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, provide premium customer experience, and manage logistics and stock optimization. This role requires close collaboration with sales, proactive backlog management, and effective handling of customer inquiries and TECHNOGYM CARE activities.

Your Impact

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, maintaining strong governance and full compliance with internal policies and sales conditions
  • Deliver a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience by managing key touchpoints throughout the customer journey
  • Coordinate seamless, frictionless deliveries via the logistics portal, including delivery date scheduling, job assignment, and activity closure
  • Optimize free stock management and process Purchase Orders to HQ, ensuring correct and efficient stock movement
  • Actively manage the order portfolio (backlog), preventing expirations and partnering closely with Sales to minimize delays and slippage
  • Maintain a highly accurate and up‑to‑date CRM, ensuring all customer service interactions are properly recorded
  • Manage care activities and post‑delivery customer satisfaction surveys, providing timely, solution‑focused feedback to inquiries and proactively addressing any service issues

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about "Healthness", enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should have high attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills. You have excellent telephone and written communications skills, have a true passion for delivering a premium customer experience and are system savvy (SAP & Office).

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and empathy
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management
  • Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and resilience
