Your Role
We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven and customer‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our HCP (Health, Corporate & Performance) segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective, sustainable local sales strategy while leading a national sales team. As a critical member of the local leadership team, you will plan and execute sales initiatives for your segment, driving performance across a diverse portfolio of products, services and solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, elevate brand presence, and convert market opportunities into long‑term success.

We partner with healthcare providers, companies and elite sports organisations to deliver tailored solutions that improve health, boost workplace productivity, and enhance athletic performance. Your Impact
- Lead, hire, train and coach a national Sales team, ensuring the right level of skills and competencies across products, processes and systems
- Build and scale a best‑in‑class sales organization aligned to the market potential of the HCP segmentInspire high performance, development and engagement
- Execute weekly pipeline management and forecasting reviews to maximize conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the HCP segment
- Contribute to defining and executing the local Marketing Plan
- Guarantee the systematic and effective use of CRM (Salesforce)
- Develop and activate top locations to strengthen our aspirational brand and generate home leads
About You
You are passionate about performance, wellness and movement. You are enthusiastic, proactive and down‑to‑earth, with a strong ethical foundation. You are a confident leader with excellent organizational and analytical skills, curious by nature and comfortable operating across boundaries.
You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and are energized by building teams, opening new business and driving sustainable growth.
What You Bring:
- Relevant tertiary degree and proven experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Experience leading and managing a sales network or national sales team
- Strong experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- A consultative selling approach, with solid sales methodologies and training capability
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Authentic, empathetic leadership style that inspires the team, your colleagues and customers
