Your Role
The Inventory & Supply Coordinator ensures inventory accuracy, efficient supply operations, and smooth coordination between 3PL partners, HQ, and Technogym service teams. The role directly supports daily service operations, including Technical Service and Cloud-related cases.

Your Impact
- Ensure inventory accuracy across SAP, ServiceMax, and 3PL warehouses
- Perform stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and support annual stock takes
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and 3PL pick errors
- Process inbound (GR) and outbound (GI) transactions in SAP
- Manage spare parts orders, including quotes, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate reverse logistics, warranty returns, and claims to HQ
- Track key inventory and order performance metrics
- Provide daily inventory and supply support to field technicians
- Support the Technical Service team with Parts orders and Cloud-related cases
- Maintain data accuracy within the working systems at all times
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are customer-focused and able to adapt to different personality types.
What you should bring

1 to 3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, service operations, logistics, or a service/support environment

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent active listening abilities

Solid understanding of service operations and customer service principles

Experience working with ERP / CRM systems (SAP and ServiceMax considered a strong advantage)

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced operational environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
