Your Role
Home fitness has never been more personal or more premium. As an Inside Sales Wellness Consultant on our Home team, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals who want to bring Technogym's world-class equipment into their homes, guiding them through a considered, high-touch buying journey.
Your clients are homeowners who've already shown interest and are ready to be inspired. Some you'll connect with over the phone, email, or live chat and others will walk through our showroom door, ready to see and experience the product in person before they commit.
You'll manage the full sales conversation across every channel responding to inbound enquiries, following up on warm leads from our marketing campaigns, welcoming walk-in clients in the showroom, and nurturing existing customers looking to expand their home setup. Every touchpoint, whether a call, an email, or a face-to-face conversation, is a chance to deliver the kind of premium experience our clients expect from Technogym.
Your Impact
- Grow our community of home clients: Work the leads coming in from our marketing campaigns and showroom visits, converting interest into first purchases and building a growing base of homeowners who trust Technogym.
- Turn every enquiry into a great experience: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from homeowners and individual buyers. Listening to understand their space, their goals, and their lifestyle, then guiding them to the right solution.
- Follow up on warm leads, not cold calls: Every outbound conversation starts from a place of intent. You'll be reaching out to prospects who've already shown interest through our marketing campaigns, events, or referrals, so you're continuing a conversation, not starting one from scratch
- See every sale through to the finish line: Your job doesn't end at the order. You'll follow the journey from purchase to installation, making sure clients are happy and spotting the right moments to introduce something extra.
- Host clients in our showroom: Welcome walk-in clients and deliver a hands-on premium experience letting them see and try the equipment in person. This is where the brand comes alive and where the best sales happen.
- Keep the CRM sharp: Own the accuracy of your client data. A clean, up-to-date CRM isn't just admin, it's what separates a good follow-up from a great one.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves fitness and brings that energy into every client conversation. Someone who's warm enough to connect with a homeowner on a personal level, sharp enough to guide them to the right solution, and driven enough to keep going when it doesn't happen straight away.
What you should bring:
- 2-3 years’ experience in inside sales or another sales/customer service role
- Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in a team in sales-oriented environments
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts
- Long term customer relationship approach
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
- Interest in and passion for technological evolution and innovation
