Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist who will act as a key partner to the business across a wide range of HR topics. This role goes beyond recruiting and covers the full employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition to HR administration, learning & development, employee benefits, and workplace management.

You will play an essential role in driving a positive employee experience, supporting business growth, and contributing to both local and global HR initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and attract top talent
  • Ensure smooth HR operations by maintaining accurate data, contracts, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Support and continuously improve HR processes, tools, and policies
  • Coordinate and contribute to learning & development initiatives and employee training programs
  • Administer and communicate employee benefits, acting as a trusted contact for HR-related topics
  • Support office and workplace management to ensure a positive and efficient working environment
  • Drive and contribute to local and global HR projects, including employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) measures and ensure adherence to relevant standards
  • Use data and insights to support decision-making and improve HR effectiveness

About You

  • 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role within an international environment
  • Solid experience in recruiting, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of L&D, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors is a plus)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of local labor law and workplace health & safety is a plus
