Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Success & Digital Account Manager to join the team, driving the growth and adoption of Technogym's Digital product portfolio. The role boasts variety with a key focus on customer success, digital sales, and consulting, supporting the wider sales force in maximising product penetration and positioning across the network.
In this role you will be responsible for developing Technogym's Digital offering in terms of turnover, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while working to maximise the number of people actively using the Mywellness platform and driving retention of active licenses. Technogym's Digital ecosystem connects equipment, data, and people, empowering operators and end-users to turn everyday movement into measurable wellness outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with both internal sales teams and customers, supporting them from pre-sales through to successful implementation and beyond. Your Impact
Drive the success and growth of Technogym's Digital portfolio by supporting sales, customers, and the broader business:
- Achieve Digital and Consulting sales and profitability targets
- Support the sales force in pre-sales and sales activities, providing product training on the digital offering
- Directly support customers in achieving successful implementation through tailored training and tutoring
- Create customer case studies and best practices that clearly demonstrate product value in terms of attraction, retention, and secondary revenue
- Organise and run seminars or webinars to promote the digital portfolio
- Provide reliable and structured forecasting and pipeline management
- Monitor competitor pricing, features, and market activity, providing proactive feedback to HQ
- Promote and plan initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction
- Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities to maximise sales
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about wellness, enthusiastic, and proactive. You have a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What you should bring:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or digital sales, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or wellness-related environment
- Demonstrated ability to support and train customers through onboarding and implementation
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting processes
- Experience developing case studies, best practices, or training content that communicates product value
- Confidence presenting and running seminars, webinars, or training sessions
- A proactive, market-aware approach, with the ability to monitor competitors and feed insights back to the business
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Genuine passion for wellness and enthusiasm for representing a global industry leader
