Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant, enthusiastic Customer Service and Logistics Manager. In this role, you will ensure a premium Customer Experience by successfully managing order fulfillment, delivery and installation. You will ensure the proper governance and compliance of the Order to Cash flow with Company Policies, Sales Terms and Conditions and local tax requirements for invoicing.

You & your team will plan, direct and coordinate all activities for the import and delivery of products and accessories, ensuring adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demand and maximize sales potential and inventory control.

Your Impact

  • Elevate Customer Experience: Drive our Order to Cash process to surpass customer expectations with unparalleled service and cost efficiency.
  • Masterful 3PL Management: Lead our third-party logistics partners to exceed SLAs and deliver an outstanding Delivery and Installation experience.
  • Achieve Sales Milestones: Collaborate with our sales team to hit targets, minimize backlog, and optimize revenue.
  • Streamline Logistics: Continuously improve logistic costs, stock optimization, and ensure a lean, efficient Order to Cash process.
  • Precision Invoicing: Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with local tax laws for seamless operations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Partner with the Country Manager to create accurate, reliable sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Order Management Excellence: Ensure timely, precise order processing and portfolio management, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
  • Proactive Claim Resolution: Lead our Customer Claim Management to provide swift, effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Governance and Compliance: Uphold robust governance and compliance standards within the Order to Cash process.
  • Team Building: Cultivate a strong, capable, customer-focused team that is both engaged and highly competent.
  • Smooth Transitions: Support and manage the seamless transition to a new 3PL provider, ensuring continuity and excellence.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a high degree of empathy. You are hands on and willing to play the game on the field, supporting the team, as well as proactive and capable of being a change agent

What you should bring:

  • Relevant experience in the Customer Service and Logistics field
  • Strong experience in managing projects efficiently from inception to completion.
  • Experience in Customer Caring as well as delivery & installation processes
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of import processes (overseas)
  • Knowledge of SAP – advanced SD module use
  • Advanced User of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Financial skills and cost management
  • Strong leadership that inspires your coworkers and customers & proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
