About the Role

We are looking for brilliant and passionate Senior A&D business developer who will join Technogym to develop and manage the local and global A&D network. The professional will be in charge of establishing a wider and better relationship with the A&D network by circulate more information at Global level in order to increase sales and elevate and strengthen the brand positioning. The previous goals will be achieved by leveraging the current presence of Technogym’s people with competences, market knowledge and hard skills with the aim of activate a global network of “A&D Experts” in sales, marketing and wellness design. Last but not least, the professional will aim to create a global and cross system of business/projects information sharing across all the actors involved.

Responsibilities

• Definition of guidelines in cooperation with the internal and external resources that make up the A&D network
• Analyze the clients’ needs and provide guidance for any kind of A&D solution, intercepting and evaluating any kind of business development opportunity

Requirements

• 5+y experience in the role in multinational matrix organizations
• Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design (nice to have)
•  Know the industry (wellness, fitness and Technogym products) to create a thoughtful layout for the end-user experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, a second language is nice to have
• Proven experience in similar roles
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability working towards goals
• Teamwork
