Your Role
If you have a solid managerial background in After Sales and you are obsessed with ensuring care user satisfaction, this is the position for you! One of Technogym’s main goals is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users." Our Services teams are always aiming to improve their service performance, to provide the best fitness experience anywhere.
We are looking for a proactive, process-driven Second Level Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will support Technical Call Centers in complex equipment issues dealing with customers, and support and coordinate Technicians in the field. You will be responsible for the certification and training of Technician.
You will have a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of repair activities in the field, thereby helping to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Your Impact
- Support Technicians in the field to ensure the most effective and efficient performance in executing jobs
- Support Technical Call Centers in complex equipment issues dealing with customers
- Act as a key element of the problem-solving process by ensuring a timely technical feedback from the market
- Collaborate in proactively managing customer complaints and issues, by participating in the analysis of the root cause of the problem to drive technical resolution
- Collaborate in auditing Technicians’ field performance
- Oversee the certification and training of Technicians
- Ensure customer data accuracy on the Install base systems
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a proactive approach and customer focus & centricity
What you should bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Problem Solving/5 Whys/Root Cause Analysis
- Extensive experience in mechanical and electronic components
- Knowledge of network and ICT protocols
- Ability to manage customers, Sales Reps and Field Engineers
- Communication/Negotiation skills
- A technician mindset with a full focus on the product
