Your Role


We are looking for a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives in the country. In this role, you will create a positive working environment, keep the team spirits up and encourage staff to perform to the best of their ability. You will lead by example and provide coaching and regular feedback to your team.

Your Impact

  • Define the marketing plan in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events, proposing the correct mix of activities to achieve the agreed targets of leads, revenues, margins and profitability
  • Define the deployment of all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailings and web marketing) to generate leads, orders, sales in accordance to Segments Sales strategies
  • Manage marketing investments needed to generate expected profitable growth and allocate financial resources among business-building activities
  • Implement web marketing plans in line with Sales and Trade Marketing strategies to support new product, solution and service launches and develop e-commerce plans to increase leads and sales
  • Monitor ROI of marketing investments through pre- and post-analyses of results
  • Ensure effective launches of new products on the local market by bundling together marketing activities and creating partnerships with key industry’s influencers, in accordance with HQ Marketing guidelines
  • Leverage merchandising value and ensure proper stock management and control
  • Guarantee the best use of CRM to obtain clean and up-to-date market data and improve sales force productivity
  • Guarantee quality layout/project design in line with corporate standards
  • Lead your team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to company culture

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an engaging and highly motivated people manager, with a high degree of empathy.

What you should bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in similar role and in fast-paced multinational environments
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields strongly preferred
  • Ability to think and act strategically and drive the organization toward strategy execution
  • Experience in P&L Management
  • Strong financial skills and organization methodologies and processes
  • Experience in sales network management and organization
  • Communication & Presentation skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers
  • Expertise in Team management
