Your Role

If you thrive to work in the Services field, love fitness, problem solving and customer satisfaction, this is the position for you! Our Service teams are always trying to improve their service quality to have the best fitness experience anywhere.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician in Western Australia, based out of Perth, who is a problem solver and team player and will act as a customer advocate, ensuring complete customer satisfaction by resolving all customer requests relating to the service of our products. The field service technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance and repairs of the fitness equipment in our customer's facilities and assist with new equipment installations. 

Your Impact

  • Repair and maintenance of equipment 
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
  • Educate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
  • Properly manage work orders and service reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers and escalate problems when necessary

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about health & fitness enthusiastic and proactive as well as exceptional at working in a team, and able to work autonomously.

What you should bring:

  • Experience in a similar role (Repair business expertise)
  • Mechanical/electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Knowledge and ability to work with mobile tools and applications
  • Great communication skills to manage client requests and complaints
