Your Role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician in Western Australia, based in Perth, who is a problem solver and team player. This individual will act as a customer advocate, ensuring complete satisfaction by resolving all customer requests related to the service of Technogym products. The Field Service Technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance, and repairs of fitness equipment in customer facilities, as well as assisting with new equipment installations.
Your Impact
You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by
- Performing preventative maintenance, service and repairs of Technogym equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
- Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
- Properly managing work orders and service reports
- Communicating effectively with customers and escalate problems when necessary
About You
We are looking for a problem solver and team player who is passionate about health & fitness and enjoys working in the services field.
- Experience in a similar role (hands-on repair business expertise)
- Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Knowledge and ability to work with mobile tools and applications
- Great communication skills to manage client requests and complaints effectively.
- Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
- Right to work in Australia and happy to travel for work (mostly within WA)
