Your Role

Reporting to Technogym France's Telesales Manager, you will reinforce the head office's team of sedentary sales representatives, located in our new Paris premises (8th arrondissement).

In charge of remote sales relations with our customers, your main missions are :

• Management of incoming telephone calls and e-mail requests, i.e.: reception, information, greeting, needs assessment, drawing up and sending out quotations, taking orders, follow-ups, etc.
• Participation in telemarketing and direct marketing operations
• Telephone prospecting and making appointments for the field sales team as required
• Creation and animation of a sales network
• Participation in the organization of events and sales operations (trade shows, mailings, specific product launches) on an ad hoc basis.
• Qualify and update customer database (software CRM, via Salesforce)

• Minimum training Bac + 2 in sales
• At least 1/2 year experience in a similar role
• Mastery of sales techniques and expertise in customer relations
• Mastery of CRM and advanced digital skills
• English
• Proactive and enthusiastic

• Wellness-oriented and passionate about sports
