Your Role

Technogym is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the social media team, working across all the company's social media touch points and content creation, strengthening relationships with our customers and communities across our social platforms. You will be tasked with developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, engaging and widening the Technogym community, and measuring the success of our social media campaigns.


This role will leverage data and brand guidelines to optimize our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and Linkedin with a focus on brand building, improving engagement, driving web traffic, and supporting conversion and sales goals. To do so effectively, the Social Media Specialist will execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research and optimize company pages within each social media platform. Ideal candidates for this role must have a solid understanding of each social media channel and the levers to improve engagement and effectiveness. Additionally, this role will engage and respond to relevant social conversations on behalf of the brand.


This person will also work to develop effective guidelines and social calendars to drive significant follower growth and engagement throughout the Technogym ecosystem.

Your Impact

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

  • Build content calendars and syndication schedules

  • Report out on performance and key KPI including growth, engagement, and conversion to internal audiences

  • Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Creative, and Product to generate and publish content- ensuring material is brand-right and relevant to audiences

  • Optimize company pages within each platform

  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with internal guidelines

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Community management and building: proven experience in engaging and growing social communities

  • Work with social agency to support the narrative of the brand based on the editorial, product, and marketing calendar, in alignment with PR, creative & marketing team.

  • Work with stakeholders and varied policies across the world (branches+distributors)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our branches/distributors' communication strategies and business objectives

  • Fluent English is required.

About You

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

  • Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and new platform trends.

  • TikTok vertical content creation expertise will be a plus

  • Intermediate knowledge of social media KPIs & performance platforms

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred

  • Experience with social media tools, and experience with the Sprinklr platform will be considered a plus (publishing, monitoring, listening, community mgmt. & replies)

  • Liaison with Marketing and Comms on replies to influencer and viral posts

  • Manage key stakeholder conversations with senior-level global leadership
