Your Role

we are seeking an experienced senior e-commerce manager able to lead our international online sales strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze digital data, manage digital projects act as a digital project leader, and make informed decisions to transform strategic decisions and projects into revenues and unique customer experience. This role requires extensive experience managing a complex, multi-language, and multi-country e-commerce platform, with a deep understanding of pricing, catalog management, stock availability, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.

Your Impact

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including catalog and stock management, pricing strategies, and website maintenance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Oversee the customer funnel from demand generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations, including customer service, shipping, and returns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

About You

 

  • Proven experience managing a complex e-commerce platform, preferably in a multi-language and multi-country context.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with consumer funnels, from demand generation to post-sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
