About the role

Technogym is looking for an experienced and passionate E-mail & CRM Campaign Specialist able to manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud module to add value in the CRM team for continuous evolvement of the consumer experience and drive a better CLTV. We’re looking for an amazing Senior Specialist, Email & CRM Campaigns to fill this role that will work together with the CRM team to develop, execute and optimize a range of marketing campaigns and strategic journey/trigger campaigns to drive revenue while providing a personalized user experience. This includes accelerating the execution of email and CRM campaigns to increase Technogym brand awareness & experience, increase conversions and grow and maintain our CRM/conversion/retention marketing efforts through our CRM ecosystem applying hands-on development of lifecycle journeys and trigger email/push/SMS/web push, etc. campaigns. You are a CRM marketing professional (especially with email) and a "can do" attitude who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and departments across the organization, including marketing, E-Commerce, IT, sales, product, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Use CRM and CDP platforms to create, test and deploy marketing e-mail campaigns, landing pages, SMS, push, etc. to drive conversions purchase (B2C & B2B).
  • Code emails and handle campaign builds, image resizing and manipulation, content matrices, and strategy, independently to a large extent
  • designing relevant, persuasive experiences for all the right moments is the only way to strengthen relationships, cultivate brand loyalists, and assure profitable growth.
  • You will be coding highly dynamic mobile-first emails using scripting languages such as AMPscript (Marketing Cloud).
  • Development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows (B2B & B2C) through CRM & CDP platforms, together with third party ones (e.g.: Zapier, GoToWebinar, Question Pro, ect)
  • Design and implementation of customer journey through CDP & Journey Builder (Marketing Cloud)
  • Project manage with integrated marketing and cross-functional team members for campaign calendar(s) coordination to meet desired execution dates, maximize audience, and minimize conflict.
  • Build and continually improve processes for campaign assets/copy from internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of technology advances.
  • Test, analyze, and report on campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved KPIs and conversion rates.
  • Work with different revenue teams to understand our business structure and segmentation rules, so that he/she can effectively recommend campaign/segment strategies.
  • Create data-driven email ad hoc campaigns and templates 
  • Code emails from scratch using Figma.
  • Share CRM and business insights with other team members and internal stakeholders.
     

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional CRM/marketing experience
  • 5+ years with enterprise email systems such us Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript (Marketing Cloud) and proven work experience.
  • Email coding HTML/CSS with an eye for exact replication of designs, including optimization through Litmus and Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to measure the performances of email/CRM campaigns
  • Email channel subject matter expertise, best practices.
  • Work with the team in optimizing audience/trigger/selection criteria for effective marketing automation 
  • Creative / design experience to identify issues with creative continuity and handle asset versioning
  • SFMC: operations & product expertise (i.e. email platform, DEs, APIs, Journey Builder, Content Builder, etc.)
  • Setup of new or modifications to existing programs and campaigns; Break/fix of existing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 3+ years hands-on coding/developing HTML, CSS and responsive/adaptive/fluid designs
  • 2+ years hands-on coding/developing dynamic template using AMPscript in Marketing Cloud modules
  • Strong background in developing media queries and mobile-specific coding
  • Working knowledge of Figma (Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe XD and/or Sketch are a plus)
  • Ability to write complex functionality in a scripting language such AMPscript
  • Experience with email platform limitations and how to implement workarounds
  • Expert on e-mail marketing best practices, technologies, trends and GDPR, CAN-SPAM laws
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email compliance
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and work within a constantly changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Collaboration with team members; proven ability to meet deadlines with effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Proven experience in A/B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis 
  • Good interpersonal skills that build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
  • Proactive, self-starter who is excited to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs
