Your Role

At Technogym, we put data at the forefront of all decisions. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be part of a team working on data analysis and data modeling of both internal data and customer data, across all products of the Technogym Ecosystem.
In this role, you will work with a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, and other departments working on Technogym Products. You will contribute insights to Technogym’s product strategy and direction through quantitative analysis and research.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with teams in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to understand business context, ideate, and deliver insights and prototypes.
• Assist Data Analyst and Engineers in improving data extraction, transformation, and modeling through the design of appropriate metrics.
• Provide analyses through advanced analytics/statistical methods that tell a “story” focused on business insights.
• Develop reusable and robust analytic frameworks to ensure consistent results across business areas.

About You

•  ​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 3/4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Science role, analyzing data sets to solve business problems through statistical methods and predictive analytics.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Python), database languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, especially for time series data, to solve business problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments with strong data intuition and business acumen.
• Experience in stakeholder-facing or client-facing roles (e.g., previous internship or consulting role).
