About the role

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategies and automations that drive user engagement and growth. You will also be accountable for implementing and maintaining marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, convert users to customers, improve CLTV and mitigate churn. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business to optimize CRM campaigns and track performance metrics. Our ideal candidate is operational with experience in strategy and database management – having experience crafting user journeys and building automated workflows.


This person will be part of the CRM team with the aim to enhance the customer experience, boost the engagement levers and improve the performances. He/She combines a hands-on mindset and strategic thinking with pragmatism and a down-to-earth approach.


  • Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation lists. Transform data into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across the organization with the digital, creative, marketing, GTM, product, sales, markets and other teams to execute on high visibility campaigns.
  • Create, test and deploy marketing e-mail campaigns to drive conversions purchase.
  • Project manage with integrated marketing and cross-functional team members for campaign calendar(s) coordination to meet desired execution dates, maximize audience, and minimize conflict.
  • Build and continually improve processes for campaign assets from internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of technology advances.
  • Continually monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and conversion rates.
  • Support email leads by pulling initial sizing of audience segments to help finalize campaign targeting specs.
  • Drive engagement and retention strategies by identifying/analyzing customer segments and collecting insights based on past behavioral data.
  • Develop a reporting cadence on performance, and optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, registration and engagement, and set up test plans to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and Iterable capabilities.
  • Database management: governance and strategy execution


  • Msc degree in Marketing, CRM or Statistics 
  • Knowledge of Marketing Attribution & Customer Behaviors (BX)
  • At least 4 years related experience in CRM and email marketing in multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience (including triggered event, journey, and Campaign Management expertise across email, SMS, push-notification).  Strong knowledge of SQL and excel are mandatory.
  • Data mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management. Experience programming on HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus.
  • Experience setting up automated marketing communication.
  • Knowledge of GDPR laws and compliance.
  • Experience creating and managing audience segmentation lists. Track records of exposure to Customer Experience Management will be a plus. 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different channels, including email and in-app modals.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
  • Undeniably results driven and analytical in nature, you are passionate about testing and monitoring results over time.
  • Willingness to learn A/B testing best practices and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one.
  • Great communication skills; Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player; Enthusiasm, Humility, Proactivity, and Ethics complete the desired profile.
