Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Installation Coordinator to join our team in Victoria (based out of Melbourne). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through the seamless delivery and installation of our fitness equipment at customer sites. As the key point of contact for both customers and installation teams, you will ensure smooth communication, efficient processes, and timely project execution.

 

Your Impact

  • Coordinate all installation logistics, including scheduling delivery dates, assigning installation teams, and ensuring all equipment is in perfect condition upon arrival
  • Ensure regular and effective communication within the business and externally with 3rd parties. Developing strong relationships with the Sales and Customer Service Departments is paramount to your success in this role
  • Manage the installation process from start to finish and conduct site assessments to ensure proper setup
  • Oversee equipment commissioning and collaborate with service partners for smooth execution
  • Ensure accurate and on-time job closures within required timeframes
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of Technogym equipment

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about fitness and wellness, enthusiastic, and proactive. You are structured and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and a great team player with outstanding communication skills. 

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or customer service roles (experience in fitness equipment or related industries is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage customer expectations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
