Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist in VIC to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure the successful onboarding, activation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of our digital ecosystem solutions (mywellness.com).

You will act as a key link between Sales, Customers, and HQ Product & Development teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement of our digital product.

Your Impact

  • Support the pre-sales process for new integrations and special customer requests
  • Manage onboarding, setup, and activation of new customers and users
  • Deliver onboarding, tutoring and training sessions both onsite and online to ensure successful adoption of the digital ecosystem
  • Proactively support customers in understanding and maximising the full potential of our digital solutions to help them get the best results
  • Identify and replicate best practices across customer journeys and user engagement models
  • Create and maintain helpful guides, training materials, customer success stories, and knowledge base resources

About You

 

Ideally, you are passionate about fitness, technology, customer experience, and digital innovation. You are proactive, a self-starter, approachable, and enjoy helping customers get the best results from digital solutions. You are confident communicating with people, enjoy building strong relationships, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

What You Should Bring

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solution Consulting, Personal Trainer in a premium environment or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS solutions, integrations, or technology-based products is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
  • Experience delivering training sessions, onboarding, or customer support both online and onsite
  • Willingness to travel regularly for onsite customer meetings, onboarding, and training sessions (approximately 50% working from home and 35% visiting customers in Victoria and 15% traveling to SA, TAS)
