We are looking for a talented and highly motivated OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our Operations Team in Technogym Eastern Europe (Slovakia – Malý Krtíš
Your Impact
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing teams, implementing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity in plant´s operation:
- Carpentry (mechanical workshop, welding robots and manual welding)
- Painting (grinding, painting)
- Assembly (assembly lines, upholstery)
- Internal logistics within operations
Takes responsibility for production in the required quality, volume, productivity and delivery times for customer
Ensure sufficient resources for production (material, human, functional production equipment)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in cooperation with other plant´s departments
Manage budgets, resources, and cost control strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Lead, train, and mentor employees to foster a high-performance culture.
