Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Online Personal Trainer based in Madrid to join our rapidly growing and dynamic Home Consumer segment.
In this role, you’ll enjoy a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on attracting new customers and providing expert training advice to help them get the most out of our innovative products. You'll have the opportunity to guide clients on their fitness journeys, offering personalized recommendations and support through remote channels such as phone, chat, and email.
We’re looking for a fitness expert with a strong background in physical exercise, athletic training, and home fitness solutions. Your ability to connect with customers, deliver tailored advice, and provide ongoing motivation will be key to success in this role.
You’ll also play a vital role in supporting our Inside Sales team, helping to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Your Impact
- Contribute to sales performance by consistently achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
- Provide pre-sales support by managing customer inquiries across all channels (phone, chat, email), helping them choose the best products for their needs, and offering expert advice on exercises, training programs, and related content.
- Ensure exceptional post-sales support by contacting customers after their purchase, offering helpful tips and suggestions to maximize product use, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Support the Inside Sales team by ensuring continuous training on products and training programs, keeping them informed and ready to assist customers effectively.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones to generate ongoing business opportunities and foster long-term loyalty.
- Provide full support for the CRM tool (Salesforce) and follow Technogym’s sales methodology to ensure streamlined sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate, relevant information and recommendations to customers.
- Collect and share proactive market feedback to help improve products and sales strategies, contributing to overall business growth.
About You
- +3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a structured and professional environment.
- A degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, or Personal Training (BA/BS).
- Accredited by a professional body such as the Register of Exercise Professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively in remote interactions.
- Deep understanding of the fitness industry and its trends.
- Strong networking abilities and the talent to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
