Your Role

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and delivering a premium experience?

Join our team in Madrid  as an Inside Sales Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales while providing an exceptional luxury customer experience. You’ll be at the forefront of understanding our clients' wellness goals and offering personalized solutions to ensure their complete satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound interactions with B2C customers, turning every interaction into a long-term relationship and new business opportunity. You'll also collaborate with our Field Sales Team to enhance our Omnichannel strategy and contribute valuable market feedback to improve our offerings.

 

Your Impact

  • Achieve sales targets, providing a premium customer experience.
  • Fulfill lead generation activity to increase our CRM database.
  • Manage inbound interactions (for both B2B and B2C customers), delivering a unique selling experience while understanding customers’ needs and offering the right solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage outbound interactions to build a long term relationship and generate new business opportunities.
  • Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits in our stores with our Field Sales Team.
  • Collect and share market feedback with the relevant departments.
  • Oversee the process from order to delivery and installation, checking customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction Services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
