Join Our Team as Client Advisor in Madrid!
Are you passionate about fitness, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Client Advisor to join our Technogym Boutique in Madrid.
As a Technogym Ambassador, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to inspire and guide our clients on their wellness journey. Your role will be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences, representing the excellence and innovation that define Technogym.

Your Impact
- Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities.
- Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey.
- Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible.
- Constantly promote a unique, memorable customer experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude).
- Keep the CRM system up to date.
- Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere. Respect company rules and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities.
About You
- 3+ years of experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brands.
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
- Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
