The Role in a Nutshell

We are breaking new ground with the unique and exciting Hospitality & Residential Activation and Engagement Manager role – a first of its kind globally for Technogym. Working with some of the most prestigious and exclusive names in the Hospitality & Residential sectors, you will play an essential role in maintaining and advancing our established position within the London market, through managing top locations (mostly post-installation) and advocating for total wellness solutions across the board. You will work closely with the sales, digital, marketing and HQ H&R teams to help activate highly experiential end user customer journeys.


Driving engagement is a key part of this role – you’ll do this by collaborating on marketing efforts to elevate and promote the Technogym brand, encouraging the use of our digital solutions, and supporting clients in launching new projects/events/activities. Establishing yourself as a Technogym ambassador and wellness expert to our clients, you will identify opportunities to add value to guests and residents.


This is a hands-on role in which it is crucial to visit clients across central London on a daily basis. Occasionally you will also need to work from our UK HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire. With this in mind, the ideal candidate would be based within a 40-minute commute of both central London and Bracknell.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of Hospitality & Residential London top location activation projects, regularly visiting clients and establishing Technogym as a true partner
  • Work closely with the Wellness Experience Manager in HQ on projects, setting up and maintaining a shared project timeline
  • Assisting in the sales process to make sure that the total solution ingredients for experience activation are presented (design, digital, sell-out, education)
  • When the deal is closed, take the lead on the activation process by liaising with all relevant internal stakeholders (digital/marketing/education) and ensuring the timely delivery of each activity
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest and resident experience through our total wellness solutions
  • Support the deployment of H&R B2B2C partner agreements (i.e. TG App Plus or others), monitoring the lead generation output
  • Oversee the roll out of new projects and guide our clients through the activation process
  • Keep continuous contact with clients once projects are completed, monitoring guest and resident feedback and ROI
  • Support in the identification and development of the training activities of the local sales teams on the solution selling process
  • Work with the marketing team to stimulate best practice for the H&R segment

What you will have

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adopt a solution-based selling approach
  • A proficiency in planning, coordinating and executing complex projects
  • An inquisitive and opportunistic mindset, continually looking for new and creative solutions
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector or luxury/premium markets would be highly advantageous 
  • Savviness with social media and a flair for creating engaging content
  • High attention to detail
  • Exposure to international markets and a multicultural knowledge is desirable
  • Passion for sport/fitness/wellness (and loves Technogym solutions!)
