The Role in a Nutshell

Not only are we growing, we are evermore investing in the growth, refinement and deployment of our brand within the Home/Consumer market. With this comes an opportunity to join Craig and the marketing teams (UK and global) as a skilled and experienced Luxury Marketing Specialist.

 

In this role you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the Home/Consumer marketing plan in collaboration with the global brand and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director you will understand that in Home, we are a premium and luxury brand and that all of our end users via our other commercial segments are our Consumers. In light of this, you will collaborate with all segments as the expert in consumer behaviour and implementing initiatives that reflect the brand across all of our target audiences. To coordinate the vast range of channels and marketing activities, you will possess a broad spectrum of marketing skills; playing a pivotal role in executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Let's also not hide that you will also play in a key role in the upcoming hard launch of our new Boutique in Mayfair!

 

Not only is London a key demographic for this sector, London is the gateway to the world. To be successful in the role you will ideally be based in London and be available for travel to our UK headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire (and our Italian HQ too of course!).

What you will do

Execute the consumer marketing plan, in accordance with the overall Marketing Plan with key activities as follows:

 

  • Technogym Hub (Mayfair Boutique) Success – lead the execution of the marketing including events and PR to drive awareness, visits and sales
  • Activations and events – lead the creation and execution of regular activations and events, driving awareness and creating a community
  • Partnerships – support, identify and establish partnerships that align with the brand's values and resonate with Technogym consumers (brands, prescribers, influencers)
  • PR Plan – plan, execute and manage the PR agency idea, activities and outputs against set coverage KPI’s
  • Consumer Growth – develop ideas and strategies to build strong consumer relationships and encourage brand loyalty (VIP events, hospitality, Technogym Village visits)
  • Retail Growth – work with Technogym retail teams and retail partners (Selfridges and Harrods) to drive awareness, visits and sales
  • Media coverage – develop and deploy publisher activity focused on in-target publications and an print and digital strategy
  • Digital Marketing – monitor and analyse digital campaign performance (driven by our Italian HQ) and provide data-driven recommendations. Be friendly with Google Analytics.
  • Campaign Execution – deploy HQ led integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media) as well as developing own campaigns to ensure growth
  • Analytics and reporting – track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and key performance indicators and generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What you will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience 5 years+ in consumer marketing, brand management, or related roles – experience in activating a retail store / flagship location desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of London, and experience working in the city
  • A background within premium brands and an intrinsic understanding of luxury
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights (inc. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, but focused on execution and action
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and social media management tools. (Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with current consumer marketing trends
