Your Role
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our amazing Services team.
This role is responsible for resolving all customer requests related to the installation and maintenance of our products in the London region.
Your Impact
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analysing the root causes of product issues in order to carry out the necessary repairs for proper operation on the first visit.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident management.
• Managing spare parts stock and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory records.
• Providing customers with technical support and guidance on the use and care of Technogym equipment.
• Properly managing work orders and service reports.
• Scheduling on-site visits in line with departmental goals.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, proactively checking equipment for potential issues.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement for service and providing information back to team.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are exceptional at working in a team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical equipment maintenance.
- Accustomed to working in a field based role in or around the London area.
- Knowledge of mechanics/electronics or digital.
- Hold a full and valid driving licence that permits you to drive in the UK.
