Your Role


We are looking for a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives for the Hospitality and Residential segment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives for the US market. You will leverage your expertise in brad marketing to ensure consistency and impact for both consumers and operatiors. Additionally, you will manage all communication efforts, crafting compelling content across digital platforms, social media, and traditional media to engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and works on-site at our Jersey City offices. 

Your Impact

  • Define the marketing strategy and brand positioning in the region, considering undustry evolution and corporate strategy
  • Oversee Trade Marketing activities to ensure brand consistency and results, managing market insights acquisition and segmenting the markey
  • Develop the makreting plan with the correct mix of campaigns, initiatives, and events to achieve targets for brand awareness, leads, revenues, margins, and profitability
  • Direct the deployment of sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailings, web marketing) to generate awareness, leads, orders, and sales in line with sales segment strategies
  • Implement digital marketing and e-commerce plans to support new product launches, market solutions, and service launches, increasing traffic, leads, and sales
  • Monitor ROI of marketing investments through pre- and post-analysis of results, ensuring consistency across the product marketing mix: Pricing, Product, Promotion and Distribution
  • Ensure effective local market launches by combining marketing activities and creating partnerships with key industry influencers, following HQ Marketing guidelines
  • Utilize CRM for clean and up-to-date market data to improve sales force productivity and ensure quality layout and project design in line with corporate standards

About You

What you should bring:

  • 6+ years’ experience in similar role and in fast-paced multinational environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing strongly preferred
  • Ability to think and act strategically and drive the organization toward strategy execution
  • Experience in brand positioning and identity development
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and project management
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, customer insights acquisition, and interpreting data and metrics to inform strategies
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

  • Salary $105,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience
