Your Role
We are searching for a dynamic Technical Service Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee technical service projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Your Impact
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve assigned projects and tasks.
- Oversee Technical Service Effectiveness initiatives to reduce waste, costs, and time with the Technical Services WW Team.
- Consolidate and standardize AS systems and processes to enhance technical support efficiency.
- Identify potential improvements in product reliability by collaborating with R&D and QA to increase part resistance and prod-uct longevity.
- Promote continuous improvement approaches focusing on processes, products, services, and profitability, minimizing waste and maximizing customer value.
- Achieve budgeted cost reduction objectives.
- Enhance cost efficiency of service contracts and warranties based on customer needs and product performance.
- Facilitate collaboration with Management Control, Legal, Quality, IT, R&D, Technical Services, and other departments to meet defined objectives.
- Work with colleagues to determine optimal staffing levels for technical services worldwide.
- Collaborate with Technical After Sales to define protocols that improve repair and maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, project management, or related roles.
- Ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-compliant rollouts.
- Proficiency in managing costs related to after-sales service, warranty, and overall cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction, with a focus on repair rates and service job efficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Excellent skills in presenting information clearly and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and develop effective training solutions.
