Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Controlling Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will report to the Industrial Controller and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business.You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.

Your Impact

• Focus on value creation
• Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
• Support the creation of business dashboards
• Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
• Support the budgeting process
• Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
• Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. 

What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
   

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €31,000 and €41,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
