Your Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in reporting and dashboarding solutions.

In this role, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower strategic decisions and enhance customer experience.

The role focuses on building and maintaining Business Intelligence applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and supporting business decision-making through actionable insights.

Your Impact

• Gather and interpret business needs, analyze current processes, and contribute to designing improved data and reporting solutions
• Design and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI (main tool).
• Support UAT and provide training to key users.
• Maintain and optimize data models to ensure performance and scalability.
• Ensure data consistency and standardization across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve BI processes and promote data-driven culture.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with SAP Business Objects and Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Experience with BigQuery, Oracle Database and Python is considered a plus.
• Ability to interact with business users, understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
