Working closely with HR and Marketing, you'll help strengthen Technogym's visibility across LinkedIn, social media and digital recruiting channels.

You'll optimize recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience and leverage SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to build scalable, data-driven hiring processes.

You'll analyze KPIs, identify trends and continuously raise the bar.

Your Impact

  • Nutzung datenbasierter Insights zur Beratung von Hiring Managern und Optimierung des Recruiting-Prozesses

  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Talentpipelines sowie Entwicklung strategischer Sourcing-Initiativen

  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen, Tools und Richtlinien

  • Beratung und Schulung von Führungskräften im Talent-Acquisition-Prozess

  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen TA-Team sowie Mitwirkung an übergreifenden Projekten

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen sowie Aufbau von Kooperationen mit Hochschulen und Partnern

What you´ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, commercial awareness and recruiting expertise.

You have

  • several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Executive Search
  • extensive Active Sourcing expertise and a passion for identifying passive candidates
  • strong experience recruiting commercial, technical and corporate professionals
  • confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms
  • experience building sustainable talent pipelines
  • a deep understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • a data-driven mindset and experience using recruiting KPIs
  • curiosity for AI-powered recruiting and emerging sourcing technologies
  • excellent communication skills in German and English
