Your Role


We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in finding new sales leads and achieving sales targets, providing appropriate solutions for all customers, depending on their needs.

As a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Your Impact

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and promote/offer solutions and support
  • Establish relationships with new customers and maintain and grow positive business relationships with existing customers
  • Analyze the area’s/market’s potential and track sales and status reports
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are wellness oriented: athletic and passionate about a wellness-focused lifestyle. You are confident and charismatic in approaching people.

What you should bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the role or in the sales field. Previous experience in premium or luxury brand companies preferred
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of CRM management and expertise in lead management. Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
  • General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools
  • Excellent teamwork
