Your Role

As an Interior Design Support Specialist/ UAE National  , you will be providing administrative and operational support to the Interior Design team, helping ensure efficient management of project requests, documentation and reporting.

Location - Dubai 

Type - Part-time

Your Impact

• Provide ongoing project coordination and administrative support to the Interior Design team, including maintaining structured records, organizing documentation, following up on outstanding actions, and supporting the timely delivery of project requirements .
• Assist in reviewing Interior Design request cases in Salesforce and assigning them according to the established rotation, revision requests and project requirements across different segments .
• Support the creation of product specification sheets using accurate product information from the Technogym website. • Prepare and upload weekly workload reports.
• Maintain and issue the monthly project list report.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly report for H ospitality & Residential Key Accounts .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive presence. 
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail . 
• A customer-focused mindset .
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel . 
• An interest or background in interior design, architecture, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium wellness solutions.
