Your Role
We are looking for an energetic HR and Facility Specialist who will work closely with the business leaders to attract and select the best people in the market, to effectively implement the business strategy and build a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness within the country and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities
OFFICE LOCATION: Jumeirah Street, Umm Suqeim 2
5 DAYS/week in the office
Your Impact
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Book flight tickets and hotels stay for visitors and employees
- Manage company car fleet operations with the partner Car Rental agencies (new contracts, fines etc.)
- Accurately check Expense Claims
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures
EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT
- Plan in-house or off-site activities and events like birthdays and other celebrations
- Make plans for catering for meetings and events
- Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Organize the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs by coordinating with suppliers
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
About You
Ideally, you are an EMIRATI NATIONAL, who is passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
You are great at taking initiative and ownership, while demonstrating creativity and passion.
What you should bring:
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset
• Excellent teamwork and ability to listen while influencing others
• Fact-based and data-driven approach
