Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist. In this role, you are the heart of growth and customer satisfaction promoting the Technogym Digital Solutions.

You have excellent advisory skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education, and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness and are driven by performance. You are a strong team player, a professional with exceptional customer relationship skills. This role includes a mix of the following tasks:

 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: This includes building a strong network, mastering lead generation techniques, and staying informed to find and qualify potential customers;
  • Communication and Relationship Building: This includes developing strong communication skills, active listening, and focusing on building trust through genuine interaction during and after the sale;
  • Achieving sales and profit goals for our digital offerings: software, hardware, devices, training and consulting.

  • Increased Sales and Profit: The main responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers. By consistently exceeding sales targets and bringing in new leads, you directly contribute to the company’s financial success;
  • Improved Market Insights and Competitive Advantage: By interacting with potential and existing customers, you gather valuable insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. This information can be crucial for the company to refine its marketing strategies, product development, and overall business decisions;
  • Defining a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions, regardless of whether there is an opportunity for equipment;
  • Providing reliable and structured forecasts and pipeline management.

About You

You are passionate about sports, enthusiastic and proactive, while also being down-to-earth and ethical.

 

What You Need to Bring

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the digital sales field;
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of CRM management;
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques;
  • Skills in long-term customer relationship management;
  • Knowledge of sales activities (field and inside sales): appointment planning, sales activity planning, pipeline management;
  • Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and implementation of processes and projects.
