Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Manager to join our international team. In this challenging role, you'll be instrumental in developing the best sales organization in your specific country. After a two-month induction at our HQ, Technogym Village in Cesena, you will work closely with the Top Management Team to deploy and implement the Technogym Sales Process, perform data analysis, and deliver training sessions.

Your Impact
- Engage the local sales force to fully embrace and deliver the Technogym Sales Process (GSN).
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Manager/Director, acting as a trusted Sales Business Partner to increase sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate local training and coaching sessions with the sales team on Sales.
- Coach the Sales team on the proper use of the CRM system to ensure its full utilization.
- Map current processes, identify gaps, define a recovery action plan, and ensure its successful execution.
- Periodically monitor sales KPIs, conduct analyses, and drive the business through data insights.
- Define improvement actions, recovery plans, and a clear roadmap.
- Ensure the Sales team is fully aware of and actively selling the Total Technogym Solution.
- Drive value - and solution - based selling, focusing on measurable ROI and tangible improvements in the customer’s business performance.
- Carry out shadowing visits with the Field Sales and Telesales teams to provide feedback for improvement with a related action plan.
- Work globally: run GSN reviews with HQ on monthly basis.
About You

What you should bring:
- Proven track record of over 10 years in sales, consistently meeting targets across software/digital solutions and physical products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Background in luxury goods and digital business environments (preferred).
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with sales teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Data mindset and analytical approach.
- Passion for wellness & fitness.
