Your Role
As a Sales Business Development for Real Estate, you will be pivotal in driving Technogym's growth by integrating our world-class wellness solutions and services into the residential real estate sector. Your main purpose is to identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the large-scale residential market, such as developers and real estate funds. You will be the primary liaison for these accounts, understanding their project needs and positioning Technogym as the premier wellness partner to enhance the value and appeal of their properties.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities within the high-end residential real estate market.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, architects, and designers.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of Technogym's wellness solutions (including Biocircuit and Biostrength) for residential projects.
- Analyze market trends in both the real estate and wellness industries to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the Technogym brand and generate leads.
- Ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with project management and installation teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on performance and pipeline status to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on how to leverage wellness to create premium living experiences.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
What you should bring:
- +15 y of experience in selling projects of construction/asset management in premium retail, hospitality, or real estate.
- +10 Y in direct sales and business development in real estate, luxury asset management
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to final handover.
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage procurement for suppliers and long-lead-time items.
- Ownership of project timelines, with a track record of meeting schedules and milestones.
- Ability to report on multiple project portfolios and pipelines.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards (LEED, ESG, green building practices).
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
