Your Role

We are looking for a creative Wellness Interior Design Specialist, who will oversee implementing the interior design features of the gym spaces, in direct contact with customers. In this role, you will implement projects and 2D & 3D graphics layouts and make on-site visits to supervise construction.

As this is a crucial service, you will be responsible for ensuring that the brand image and positioning come across as exclusive and premium.

Your Impact

• Design the Wellness Area according to project rules of Wellness Design
• Define of guidelines in cooperation with the internal and external resources that make up the designers’ network
• Manage contacts with customers’ architects to oversee the interior renovation of gym spaces
• Create new outfitting concepts
• Improve the Interior Design service both qualitatively and quantitatively, using advanced techniques and increasing the number of served and satisfied customers
• Increase the number of layouts in each commercial offer
• Develop the customer satisfaction measurement system
• Use your industry knowledge and expertise (wellness, fitness and Technogym products) to create a thoughtful layout for the end-user experience

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a leader, with strong teamwork and an entrepreneurial approach.

What you should bring:

• 6-10 years' experience in similar role in a multinational matrix organization
• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and another language would be a plus
• Proven experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools and confidence in using Autocad, 2D & 3D, PCon Planner, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS MAX is desirable
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to work towards goals

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
