Your Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional for the role of Wellness Custom Solution Manager, to join our Sales Hospitality & Residential Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing strategic business solutions to address specific challenges and/or customer needs.

 

Your Impact

  • Customize Total Technogym Solution for Int.KA chains in scope, developing for each client the ideal wellness journey and business model ​
  • Develop the KA solution brand standards and work with internal stakeholders to drive the customization of the solution for the KA
  • Manage the Intl KA chain pilots execution excellence (proof of concept) ​
  • Monitor the Intl KA chain pilots success and ignite follow up ​
  • Join visits with key account clients and prospects at the Technogym Village and on the field, elevating the solution selling pitch and contributing with the delivery and demonstration of an optimal customer experience​
  • Deliver coaching and constant training to the SKA sales network in the assigned mkt about Solution-specific content​
  • Collect continuous feedback from the clients in the market assigned and funnel back to HQ​
  • Set the best practice projects in the area and develop PPT forms and videos for sharing

About You

The ideal candidate is passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience in, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent skills in account management, solution selling, strategic thinking and relationship building.

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • Previous experience within Sales and/or Marketing functions in relevant industries
  • Previous experience within Hospitality, Real Estate, Residential, Luxury industries
  • Strong attitude towards financial analysis, statistics, benchmarking
  • Ability to deliver presentations and training
  • Project management and marketing skills

English fluency  

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €50,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
