Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Specialist who will develop and execute training plans, programs, and specific projects at the global level to support our sales team to drive revenue and growth. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that equip our sales force with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a competitive market. By collaborating with sales leadership, you will identify training needs, develop a strategic curriculum, and ensure the delivery of high-impact training sessions that align with our company's sales transformation objectives. Your primary goal is to enhance sales performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure the sales team is prepared to meet evolving market demands.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs that align with strategic business objectives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, performance data analysis, and collaboration with sales leaders.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and videos.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by tracking key performance indicators and providing reports to leadership.
- Provide individualized coaching and ongoing support to sales team members to reinforce training and enhance performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in sales training.
- Manage the full training cycle, from identifying needs and setting objectives to choosing the most appropriate training methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current, accurate, and effective.
- Contribute to the broader sales transformation strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills and bring a sense of urgency to doing your work.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Philosophy or a Humanities fields
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
- Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and having worked with the most known LMS platforms (preferably Success Factors)
- Effective planning and management skills
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good logic and reasoning skills
- Mandatory C1 Level of Italian and English. Any other language would be a plus
- Experience in D2C business, digital, or entertainment would be a plus
Compensation Data
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici). On top of that, joining Technogym means being part of a culture where your growth, wellbeing, and impact truly matter.
