Your Role
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to develop and execute global training plans, programs, and specific projects to support the Company's strategy. In this role, you will define and deliver content and tools to build and develop the required competencies, in line with the Company Culture and HR strategy.
You will also be a key player within our HR team, as a point of contact for management and our employees. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a Training & Development infrastructure for Technogym Academy.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement programs related to onboarding, performance, talent management, technical and nontechnical training, and/or e-learning
- Conceive, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competency gaps and learning needs
- Manage the induction process for HQ positions
- Define and manage the training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of organizing training in line with Company policies
- Monitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing and budget
- Ensure development and continuous improvement of our e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS)
- Conduct the preparation and analysis required for Talent Reviews, as well as Performance Management processes, activities, and training
- Support processes in Talent Management: performance management, assessments, development programs and succession planning
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills and bring a sense of urgency to doing your work.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Philosophy, or HR related studies
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
- Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have worked with the most well-known LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Effective planning and management skills
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good logic and reasoning skills
- Mandatory C1 Level of Italian and English. Any other language would be a plus
- Experience in D2C business, digital, or entertainment would be a plus
