Your Role
We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist with a focus on ours Subsidiaries and Distributors worldwide. You will report directly to the Training Director and become part of the Technogym University team, our Corporate University responsible for Company Culture spreading, individual competences assessment and training and development activities.
The role is based in our HQ in Cesena, Italy.
Your Impact
- Support our subsidiaries and distributor partner network to design and execute training plans, programs, and specific projects in order to strengthen individual competences in line with our Company Culture and HR strategy.
- Be a key partner within our international HR team as point of contact for management and our employees.
- Be responsible for the deployment of the agreed training plan and KPI results in terms of average training hours, training appreciation and relevant impact on overall results.
- Oversee the Performance Appraisal project implementation within our subsidiaries network and the relevant training and development plans as a result of self-assessment and manager evaluation.
- Provide support to our local HR managers and distributor partners in organizing and delivering induction and on-boarding programs in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and improve KPI's effectiveness, timing and continuous improvement by using our e-learning platform (SuccessFactors).
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, attitude towards training delivery and presentation.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree preferably in Psychology or Human related studies
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in B2B and B2C business, digital, or entertainment is a plus
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
- Knowledge of competence assessment methodology
- Languages: fluency in Italian and English (minimum level C1). Any other language is a plus
- Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Knowledge of LMS platforms (preferably Success Factors).
