Your Role

We are looking for a Training and Development Manager who will develop and execute training plans, implement development programs, lead the annual performance appraisal rollout at the global level to support the Company strategy Define and deliver content and tools focused on required competencies building and development, in line with Company Culture and HR strategy. Next to this, you will be a key partner within our HR team. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining Training & Development, Performance appraisal, and Succession Plan processes for Technogym.
Responsibilities 

Your Impact

  • Project, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competencies gap and learning needs
  • Manage the induction process for HQ Executive positions
  • Lead the annual rollout of the performance appraisal process and the calibration step at the global level
  • Design Development Plan and career path at the HQ level, and coordinate international development projects.
  • Define annual training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of training organization are in line with Company policies
  • Lead the succession planning process at the global level.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing, budget
  • Ensure continuous improvement of our e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS)
  • Preparation and analysis are required for Talent Reviews, as well as Performance Management processes, activities, and training.
  • Leading projects in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning

About You

 

  • Master’s Degree preferably in Philosophy or Human related studies
  • +10 y of experience
  • Experience in D2C business, digital, or entertainment is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
  • Experience with Training, performance, and succession processes with a global scope
  • Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques
  • Languages: Italian and English (C1) are mandatory. Any other language is a plus
  • Effective planning and management skills
  • Effective training and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and with a sense of urgency
  • Good time management skills
  • Good logic and reasoning skills
  • Experience with performance, succession, and LMS modules in SAP SuccessFactors
